PAC³ Implementation Action Committees provide opportunities for individuals and
organizations to develop strategies and activities designed to accomplish PAC³
priorities. There are three types of Implementation Action Committees:
Strategic Initiative Committee(s) Provides leadership for convening a dialogue around a cancer control priority
and identifying ways in which PAC³ can make an impact. Currently, PAC³ has one
Strategic Initiative Committee focused on increasing colorectal cancer
screening.
Education/Advocacy Committee Reviews key federal, state, and regional issues that support implementation of
the Pennsylvania Comprehensive Cancer Control Plan and determines appropriate
actions to be taken based on PAC³ priorities.
