Collaborative Activity Committee Overall, breast cancer screening rates are decreasing in Pennsylvania and there is an ever increasing need to provide additional services for underinsured and uninsured women. There is also a need to create additional screening options for uninsured and underinsured women beyond the Healthy Woman Program.
